How do I purchase Events or Pay-per-view Tickets?

"Login" or Register as a new member by clicking on the hamburger menu icon. Valid mobile number is required to register.
Once registered and logged in, click "Buy tickets" from the homepage
Carefully read and accept the terms and conditions.
Choose between ticket to the event or ticket to watch it online on pay-per-view and click on 'BUY NOW'.
You will redirected to the Checkout page.
To make payment, fill in the checkout form with the necessary information and click on "Place Order".
A payment popup will appear on the screen and you can choose your preferred payment method. Ghanaian buyers can pay with Mobile Money.
After your payment is complete, you will receive a receipt of Payment.
Once your account has been set up and a Payment has been made, you will be redirected to a "Thank you" page which will have your order details.
A link to your event ticket/pay-per-view access will be in your order details. Click on the "View" button to gain access.
Pay Per View and VOD access is now available under "Watch Battles".

Make sure you are logged in to your Lyrical Wars TV account
Click on the "Watch Battles" button
You will be redirected to a page where all available Videos on Demand are. Press play on the battle you are interested in
If you have not made a purchase, you will be redirected to a page that has a restricted access
Click 'Buy Now' below and complete your purchase
After your order is complete, you will find the link to the battle on the Thank You Page or repeat the process and you will be able to watch the battle

1. After purchasing your pay per view event or VOD battle, click the button "Watch Battles" on the homepage.

2. Please make sure you are logged in to the account you made the purchase on and you will be automatically redirected to a Secured area where you can watch the battle.

3. We strongly advice to watch the livestream through your computer.

4. Please do not login to your computer, smart phone and tablets simultaneously. You are restricted to use more than one IP. Please don't share your account with others.

Can I purchase VOD/ PPV more than once

Please DO NOT purchase a video on demand or pay-per-view battle more than once as it is limited to one purchase per order/account.

The second purchase might go through and Lyrical Wars TV will not offer a refund.

Why do I get this message on my video player (Media could not be loaded, either because server or network failed or because the format is not supported)?

If you get the above message, please make sure you web browser is updated and in current version, not all the browser supports the High-Quality Video Please have more than 2 browsers in your computer, if one browser doesn't support try switch to different browser, Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari. This will solve that problem.

How do I check in to an event I purchased online at the venue?

After purchasing an event ticket on lyricalwars.tv, your tickets will be sent to you as an email address in pdf format. Your can also find this pdf document in "Orders" on your "My Account" dashboard page.
Make sure to not share this ticket with anyone as they have unique codes that will be checked at the door of the venue.

Can I purchase and watch the PPV/ VOD outside of Ghana?

Yes. All our payment gateways support international payments anywhere around the globe.

What happens if I share my account?

If you share your account, you will be blocked and kicked out and the person who you share will enjoy the battles instead of you. ONE ACCOUNT, ONE LOGIN AT A TIME.

I am having issues viewing the battle and none of the above questions explain my problem
